İADE & TESLİMAT ŞARTLARI

Siparişlerinizin size en hızlı ve güvenli şekilde ulaşması bizim önceliğimizdir.

Hazırlık Süreci: Verilen siparişler, aksi belirtilmediği sürece 3-10 iş günü içerisinde kargoya teslim edilir. (Özel tasarım veya baskı ürünlerinde bu süre değişiklik gösterebilir).
Kargo Ücreti: 2500 TL üzerindeki alışverişlerinizde kargo ücretsizdir. Bu tutarın altındaki siparişlerde kargo ücreti ödeme sayfasında hesaplanmaktadır.
Takip: Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde, size iletilecek olan "Kargo Takip Numarası" ile paketinizin durumunu anlık olarak izleyebilirsiniz.
Teslimat Süresi: Kargo firmasına bağlı olarak, paketiniz genellikle 2-5 iş günü içerisinde adresinize ulaştırılır.

🔄 İade ve Değişim Politikası

Satın aldığınız tişörtten tamamen memnun kalmanızı istiyoruz. Eğer bir sorun yaşarsanız, aşağıdaki şartlar çerçevesinde yardımcı olmaktan mutluluk duyarız:

1. İade Süresi:

Ürünü teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içerisinde iade veya değişim talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.

2. İade Şartları:

Tişörtün yıkanmamış, kullanılmamış ve etiketlerinin sökülmemiş olması gerekmektedir.
Üzerinde parfüm, deterjan kokusu veya evcil hayvan tüyü bulunan ürünlerin iadesi kabul edilmemektedir.
Ürün, orijinal ambalajı ve varsa faturası ile birlikte gönderilmelidir.

3. İade Süreci:

İade işlemini başlatmak için [E-posta Adresiniz] üzerinden veya "Hesabım" panelinden talep oluşturmanız yeterlidir.
Onaylanan iadelerde, ürün tarafımıza ulaştıktan sonraki 7-10 iş günü içerisinde ödemeniz, kullandığınız karta iade edilir.

4. Kusurlu Ürünler:

Baskı hatası, kumaş defosu veya yanlış beden gönderimi gibi durumlarda tüm kargo masrafları tarafımıza aittir. Lütfen bu tür durumlarda ürünü teslim alır almaz bizimle iletişime geçin.

5. Hijyen ve Özel Durumlar:

Kişiye özel isim veya tasarım baskılı tişörtlerde, üretimden kaynaklı bir hata olmadığı sürece iade kabul edilememektedir.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our priority is to ensure your orders reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time: Unless otherwise stated, orders are dispatched within 3-10 business days. (This period may vary for custom designs or printed products).
Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping on all orders over 2500 TL. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a "Tracking Number" to monitor your package's status in real-time.
Delivery Time: Depending on the courier company, your package is generally delivered within 7-21 days

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues, we are happy to assist you within the framework of the following conditions:

1. Return Period:

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your product.

2. Return Conditions:

The T-shirt must be unwashed, unused, and with all tags still attached.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have scents of perfume or detergent, or carry traces of pet hair.
The product must be sent back in its original packaging, including the invoice if applicable.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, simply contact us via valenstekst@gmail.com or create a request through the "My Account" panel.
For approved returns, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the product reaches us.

4. Defective Products:

In cases such as printing errors, fabric defects, or incorrect size shipment, all shipping costs are covered by us. Please contact us as soon as you receive the product in such situations.

5. Hygiene and Special Conditions:

Returns are not accepted for custom-made t-shirts (personalized names or specific designs) unless there is a production-related defect.
